Admin (Full Time)

Dace Motor Group are looking for a new addition to join our Administration/Receptionist team as our full time Admin. We are a family run business and have grown over the years to have 4 branches based in Stockport & Manchester.

Your role:

Answering the phones, taking new enquiries, directing customers to the sales team and taking messages
Liaising with the sales team and other admin

Data entry

Filing/scanning

File creation

Chasing necessary paperwork

Auditing your own and others work

Checking stock

Opening and distributing post

An ideal candidate should be:

Organised and able to prioritise
Well-spoken on the phone and have good communication skills
Able to use different computer programs such as Microsoft Excel
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Able to work in a busy environment

The hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 18:00
