Dace Motor Group's Click and Collect

You can purchase vehicles from Dace Motor Company through Click and Collect, Home Delivery or visit any of our showrooms.

As we are now allowed to open you can now visit our Dealerships and showrooms, to purchase cars after viewing and test driving them.

Any vehicle that is purchased through Click and Collect or Home Delivery is subject to a 14 day cancellation option.

In the event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may request a full refund.

Dace Motor Company will not be liable for any related costs incurred when a customer chooses to cancel a purchase. These include, but are not limited to road tax, insurance premiums and fuel usage.

All refunds will be processed and returned within 3 working days of the return of the vehicle.

In the event of cancellation, Dace Motor Company will inform you whether we will return your part exchanged vehicle, or whether we will provide you with its monetary value, as per your sales agreement. This decision is strictly that of Dace Motor Company.

If we have settled an existing hire purchase agreement for you attached to your part exchange vehicle, you may be required to repay this amount in full before a rejection is possible.

The return of a vehicle and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes vehicles that have been home delivered.

All cancelled purchase vehicles must be physically returned to the supplying branch of Dace Motor Company within 14 days.

If a vehicle has been damaged or mistreated, any costs required to rectify the damage will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.

The maximum mileage allowed in a vehicle that you wish to reject is 150. Any excess mileage will be subject to a minimum charge of £1 per mile.

Home Delivery

Home Delivery is available without charge for customers living within 30 miles of their dealership.

Home delivery may be available for customers living outside a 30 mile radius subject to your branch's approval and subject to transportation costs.

In all cases, home delivery will be subject to agreement by Dace Motor Company and availability of required transport.

Dace Motor Company reserve the right to decide whether home delivery will be via a vehicle transportation company or whether the purchased car will be driven to the customer's address.

All vehicles being delivered must be paid for in full a minimum of 24 hours before they are due for delivery.

If a part exchange vehicle that is being collected has been mis described or will require repair work not previously informed to Dace Motor Company, the monetary remedy must be paid before your vehicle is left with you. Refusal to agree and rejection of this basis will result in the full delivery costs being borne by the customer and deducted from their refund.

Click and Collect

All documentation, payment and finance arrangement must be completed prior to vehicle collection.

Collection will be from a designated off site area of the supplying site.

Part exchange values are subject to accurate descriptions provided by the customer. In the event a part exchange vehicle differs from its description, Dace Motor Company reserve the right to cancel the sale or request the monetary difference to be paid.

If a customer's visual inspection of their new vehicle results in them wishing to cancel, this cancellation will be processed immediately and a full refund will be provided within 1 working day.

In the event of customer cancellation or cancellation on the part of Dace Motor Company, Dace Motor Company will not be liable for any amount exceeding the invoice price of the vehicle.
